As the development arm of our affordable housing services, Trinity preserves and improves the properties we manage, by leveraging innovative financing solutions and best practices in Green Building. Trinity is creating safe, modern, and accessible homes for families and seniors that include upgrades in HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, installation of energy-efficient appliances, and new community spaces for on-site services and amenities to improve lives.
