OUR PEOPLE

Rebecca Ivison

President / CEO / Trinity Managing Director

Rebecca Ivison brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of multifamily housing to her role as President and CEO. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Delta Property Management, overseeing 45 Tax Credit, HUD, and Rural Development apartment complexes that total more than 1,200 units. Her leadership ensures the seamless functioning of the Company's extensive portfolio and its many employees. Rebecca has a BA from Mississippi State University and holds certifications as a Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) and RD 515 STAR.

 

Under Rebecca's stewardship, Delta Property Management has thrived, with a focus on providing quality, affordable housing. Her commitment to professional development and compliance is evident in her dedication to continuous improvement and her drive to uphold the highest standards in the industry. Rebecca’s extensive certification enables her to navigate the complex regulatory landscape of housing management effectively, ensuring that the Company remains a leader in its field.

Trey Ivison

CFO / 
Trinity Development Partner

Trey Ivison brings six years of experience in the banking and M&A industries to Delta Property Management and Trinity Development. His passion for creating positive community impact through sustainable and affordable housing solutions drives his commitment to managing and enhancing affordable housing across Mississippi and the greater Southeast. Trey graduated with a double major in Finance and Psychology from Southern Methodist University, holds certifications as a Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), and serves on the board of directors for the Housing Association of Mississippi.

In his role, Trey applies his financial expertise and strategic vision to ensure the Company's fiscal health and growth. His background in finance and psychology uniquely positions him to understand and address the needs of both the Company and the communities it serves. Trey's dedication to sustainable living spaces reflects his broader commitment to improving the quality of life for residents, making him an invaluable asset to Delta Property Management and Trinity Development.

John Doug Allen

COO

John Doug Allen has more than a decade of experience with various federal and state agencies making him knowledgeable in all areas of multi-family compliance required by HUD, USDA Rural Development, Section 42/Tax Credits, and MHC. His years of directing operations, supervising and training site managers, and overseeing the Company's software implementation and instruction have made him vital to the Company’s success. John has a Real Estate License and holds a BS in Computer Science from Mississippi State University, TCS certification. He is also a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certified by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

His ability to manage compliance and leverage technology ensures that Delta Property Management remains at the forefront of industry standards and innovations. John's commitment to continuous improvement and effective training supports the Company's mission to provide exceptional housing services.

Mani Hairston 

Development Director / 
Trinity Development Partner 

Mani Hairston is an experienced leader in project development with Trinity Development, the development arm of Delta Property Management's affordable housing services. She is responsible for LIHTC rehabs and new construction, playing a vital role in improving the properties the Company manages and better serving residents. Mani holds a BSBA in Finance with an emphasis on Investment from the University of Arkansas and an MS in Communications from Mississippi College and is currently a Ph.D Candidate in Urban Higher Education at Jackson State University.

 

Mani's leadership in development projects ensures that Delta Property Management continues to grow and innovate in the affordable housing sector. Her ability to manage complex rehabilitation and construction projects enhances the quality and value of the Company's properties. Mani's commitment to excellence in development reflects her dedication to improving living conditions for residents and advancing the Company's mission.

Deborah Terrell 

Senior Development Manager 

Deborah Terrell has over 20 years of experience and is knowledgeable in all areas of multifamily compliance with various Federal and State Agencies (HUD, USDA Rural Development, Section 42/Tax Credit, and MHC). She is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and has a BS in Business Management from Jackson State University.

 

Deborah's years of dedication as Compliance Director for the Company ensures that the complex LIHTC rehabilitation and construction projects are on point, enhancing the quality and value of properties while meeting Federal and State requirements. 

Natasha Jefferson-Robinson

Regional Manager

Natasha Jefferson-Robinson has more than a decade of experience in large-scale, local and regional, multi-family property management. She is accomplished in navigating the complexities of Conventional, Tax Credit, HUD, and Senior Living properties, as well as in overseeing new and renovation projects. Her demonstrated capabilities in handling operations and assets through a variety of market conditions apply directly to her responsibilities on a portfolio of Company-managed properties. Natasha is a Housing Certified Professional (HCCP) of the Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and holds a BBA in accounting from Jackson State University.

Latoya Jefferson

Regional Manager

Latoya Jefferson, with more than a decade experience in residential community housing, has navigated the responsibilities of property management operations in the region and is knowledgeable in LIHTC and HUD requirements. Her work history, studies in Business Administration, and proficiency in various softwares enable her to manage all aspects of residential communities and their leasing as well as to lead her team of site managers. 

Ariel Dunlap

Regional Manager

Arial Dunlap has seven years experience in property management, sales, and marketing. Her background in the home-care industry and her skills in overseeing multi-site operations have been demonstrated by improving occupancy and collections, and building client relationships. With a degree in Business Administration and a strong background in B2B sales she is prepared to manage all aspects of residential communities and their leasing and to lead her team of site managers.

Renee Bryant

Executive Assistant / 
Compliance Manager

Renee Bryant brings years of perspective to her work in supporting the Company’s day-to-day operations and overseeing the office. She is responsible for human resource administration, benefits, and employee training, as well as Tax Credit, HUD, and Rural Development compliance. Renee has a BS in Business Administration and is RD 515 STAR certified.

Samantha Kiser

Compliance Director

Samantha Kiser has nearly a decade of experience as an affordable housing compliance specialist and manager. Her strong organizational skills and knowledge of compliance monitoring for Federal Affordable Housing programs (such as Housing Credit, SAIL, HOME, NHTF, CDBG-DR) and familiarity with LIHTC and HUD Multifamily property requirements enable Samantha to apply her clerical and legal skills to all aspects of the Company’s daily operations, including procedure development, staffing, retention/eviction, inspections, and tenant education on property policies.

Kristina Thomas

Controller

Kristina Thomas has more than 20 years experience in the property management field and supervises accounting and financial reporting for the Company’s 45 Tax Credit, HUD, and Rural Development apartment complexes with a total of more than 1,200 units. With a BA in Economics, Business Process from UVA, she provides executive leadership and hands-on skills in corporate accounting, business operations, and budget management.

Kayla Selby

Property Accounting Analyst

Kayla Selby has a decade of experience in asset and property portfolio management, conducting in-depth financial analyses, forecasting budgets, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing and implementing data-driven strategies. Her continuing service to USAF Reserve Service Operations incudes nearly a decade of conducting financial audits and compliance reviews, implementing efficiency methodologies, and analyzing financial and operational data. 

Ebony Tanner

Accounts Payable Clerk

Ebony Tanner is experienced in general accounting through her work in the banking and loan industry. Her proven track record in defining gathering and verifying information add value to her tasks of reviewing transactions with suppliers and ensuring a streamlined sequence of approval, processing, and payment for the Company.

Makenna Schisler

Administrative Assistant

Makenna Schisler provides support in day-to-day operations for Delta Property Management and Trinity Development. With her organizational skills and experience in customer service, she provides valuable support to the team.

Chad Burdine

Maintenance Manager

Chad Burdine has an AAS in HVAC and years of experience in heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration. He is responsible for leading our maintenance team as well as managing any repairs that may need to be done. Chad performs inspections, prioritizes and assigns tasks to his team of technicians, and is essential to the well-being of our residents.

J.W. Clayton

Maintenance Supervisor

J.W. Clayton has more than 30 years of service at the Company performing preventative maintenance and repair work at all our properties. He brings practical knowledge, a kind spirit, and dedication to state-of-the-art affordable housing.

Darryl Weathersby

Maintenance Tech

Darryl Weathersby has more than 5 years of service at the Company and is a skilled and cheerful member or our team who bings positive and direct assistance to residential needs. 

All our employees attend annual training sessions in Fair Housing, the Housing Association of Mississippi, SAHMA, Mississippi Home Corporation workshops, and other training to stay current on regulatory requirements.
